Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully. They govern your use of Qbiqal's **Core Platform** and **Startup Packages**.

1Service Models

Qbiqal operates under two distinct models:

• SaaS (Core Platform & Apps): You pay a recurring subscription fee for access to our hosted software. We manage infrastructure, DevOps, and maintenance. You are paying for *access*, not ownership of the source code.
• One-Time License (Startup Packages): You pay a one-time fee to receive the full source code for a specific application package. You are granted a perpetual license to modify and host this code for your business data.

2Intellectual Property

• Core Platform: Qbiqal retains all rights, title, and interest in the Core Platform, Apps, and Add-ons. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the SaaS platform.
• Startup Packages: You are granted a license to use and modify the source code. You generally may not resell the source code itself as a competing software product unless explicitly authorized by an Extended License.

3Pricing & Payments

For SaaS subscriptions, Qbiqal reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new pricing. For Startup Packages, your one-time payment covers the version available at the time of purchase.

4Termination

We may terminate or suspend your SaaS account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason continuously, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
